Senator Duncan requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE BILL NO. 233(FIN) am An Act relating to peace officer                   
powers of employees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board;                   
relating to membership on the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board;                
extending the termination date of the Alcoholic Beverage Control               
Board; relating to sales of beer and wine on a golf course or at a             
recreational site; relating to notice of alcohol-related arrests; and          
providing for an effective date be taken up. The bill was before the           
Senate on reconsideration.                                                     
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 233(FIN) am be                       
placed at the bottom of todays calendar. Without objection, it was             
so ordered.
